Experienced in guiding cross-disciplinary engineering teams and embedding modern engineering practices that enable reliable, high-velocity delivery. Adept at introducing and operationalising emerging technologiesincluding LLMs and AI-driven toolingto create meaningful product and commercial impact. Ruby & Ruby on Rails\ N Full-Stack Engineering: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Hotwire, Stimulus\ N js & React exposure beneficial\ N Data Stores: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch\ N Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Heroku, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, IaC\ N Testing & Quality: Security, performance tuning, and system hardening\ N AI & LLMs: API integration, prompt engineering, AI-enhanced features and developer tooling\ Partners closely with Product, Design, and Commercial teams to convert business objectives into robust technical plans\ N Led the build-out and ongoing evolution of high-traffic Ruby on Rails platforms supporting significant commercial throughput.\ Introduced AI-powered enhancements to improve customer journeys and internal operational efficiency. \
