This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solutions Engineer to join a dynamic and commercially focused technology team.

You will take ownership of client integrations, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success. This is a client-facing role with real ownership across the full integration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with new and existing clients
  • Advise on best-practice integration approaches and solution design
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical training sessions
  • Own end-to-end integrations, including scoping, API setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Define and manage data flows between systems
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver client-specific requirements
  • Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Share client feedback to inform product and engineering improvements
Requirements
  • 3 years experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Integration, or similar roles within SaaS or web environments
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, and SQL
  • Experience working with complex system architectures and integrations
  • Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Familiarity with JavaScript preferred
  • Degree in Comp Sci or similar field
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with distributed teams
