A high-growth, international technology business is looking to add a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to its expanding London team. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients across key markets

  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date (HubSpot)
  • Research organisations and key decision-makers to tailor outreach effectively
  • Work towards and consistently achieve monthly targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall sales growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent Spanish (native or bilingual level) and strong English skills are essential
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
  • Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at different levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a proactive and resilient mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools is beneficial
