We're recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a 3–4 month contract to close out a major highways project.

The scheme is in its final stages, covering finishing works, surfacing, and street furniture before a full opening later this year.

You'll join an established team who've been on the project from the start, meaning you'll be brought up to speed quickly on their systems, processes and what's needed from you.

Experience working with NEC contracts is essential.

Quantity Surveyor Duties

  • Work with the project team to record costs, change and variation
  • Minimise cost and risk while enhancing value for money
  • Provide commercial support to engineering staff
  • Manage costs and budget in line with the NEC contract
  • Raise early warning notices and compensation events
  • Forecasting and CVRs
