Site Agent (Schemes) Civil Engineering Drayton, Oxfordshire Run Resourcing Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Site Agent on behalf of a Tier one contractor. The Site Agent is required to support a Highways term maintenance framework across Oxfordshire on a contract basis. The role will involve being based on site and from the office/depot and will require a Site Agent or Manager who can support the framework with the management of live and up and coming projects across the network. Some of these will require early support at ECI stage. Projects will include surfacing, bridge maintenance, carriageway improvements and refurbishment packages, VRS works, lighting and signs renewals. Experience Required Highways knowledge and the ability to lead projects from ECI to completion Good IT and organisational skills to balance cost, safety and production of work Knowledge of writing work package plans, updating programmes and managing sub contractors Suitable candidates will be required to hold current qualifications/training to include SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid as minimum.
