M4 - Swindon
Start: November 2026
Run Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site / Senior Engineer to join a new highways scheme on the M4 near Swindon.
The project is due to hit the ground on 2nd November, with the main site works starting 16th November.
The role:
- Initial 9-month phase, with a second phase to follow
- Embankment remediation and hard shoulder reconstruction
- New drainage and excavation works
- Working alongside own labour gangs
- Setting out, levels and profile checks
- Quality control, ITPs, as built records to National Highways requirements
We are looking for an experienced Site/Senior Engineer with a strong highways, earthworks and drainage background. You will be required to hold a current CSCS card and ideally SMSTS.
