The predicted salary is between 48000 - 84000 £ per year.
We’re looking for an experienced Design Engineer with a background in civil engineering consultancy or contractor work. The business is a principal contractor building some of the South Coast’s most exciting and complex projects, such as coastal walls, natural habitats, river walls and water works, ranging up to £250m. The business has a great presence in the South working with local authorities, private clients at various ports, Environment Agency and Coastal Partners.
You will work on design and build projects supporting with permanent and temporary works using the likes of AutoDesk, Revit and BIM, managing a junior in-house designers as well as external designers and stakeholders.
Their expertise include:
- Mooring and collision dolphins
- Piled sea walls
- Construction of new reservoirs
- Reinforced concrete sea walls
- Wave breakers and groynes
The role requires someone who is chartered or nearing completion of their chartership to sign off on temporary works. In return they can offer you structured career progression with internal and external training courses in a professional and fun environment.
