As the first new-build reservoir in 30 years, the project will protect some of the rarest chalk streams in the country and provide a futureproof water supply to the region – with completion expected in 2030.
The Office Assistant will play a key role in supporting the project team at the heart of this major project. You’ll provide essential administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the office and wider site team, as well as adding to the positive and welcoming environment of the office.
Office Assistant responsibilities:- Welcoming visitors and managing the signing-in system
- Preparing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and handling room bookings
- Ordering lunches and assisting with on-site events and social activities
- Helping organise transport, accommodation and general office logistics
- Ordering stationery, site and welfare supplies, and managing coffee machines, water coolers and printer issues
- Liaising with the cleaning company and ensuring standards are met
- Maintaining PPE stock for new starters
- General admin support such as laminating and managing security passes
