Our client is a successful and well-respected civil engineering contractor, currently delivering a number of exciting, large infrastructure projects and with ambitious growth plans in place. They are seeking a Contracts Administrator to work on a major infrastructure project near Portsmouth. The Contracts Administrator will assist the Contract Manager with the contract administration on this project, and the role will cover a broad spectrum of contract related matters including programme, change and risk management, dispute avoidance and procurement.
Applicants may already be working in a similar role or perhaps be a Graduate in Quantity Surveying, Law or Business Studies.
The Contracts Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with legal agreements relating to Licenses and Bonds
- Insurances and statutory providers legal representatives and engaging with our own legal counsel when necessary
- Review the contract and draft advice notes setting out the contract requirements
