We’re recruiting a Site Agent for a large multi-disciplined contractor in the South East. Following several project awards starting later this year, and in early 2027 it’s a great time to cement yourself in a business which has a secure workload and ambitious growth plans in the region. The business has a regional office in Kent and continues to win work at the Port of Dover specialising in marine and heavy civils work, as well as other projects in the county for local authorities and private developers/clients – these projects range from £4m - £30m. The Site Agent will join the start of a new project at the work at Port of Dover, comprising of a demolition, groundworks, drainage and externals. Following this, they will be involved in a large scale marine project with large concrete structures, piling and associated civils work running well into 2028. Experience of working in the marine sector is favourable (not essential) and we expect an Agent to have demonstrated a clear route of progression through Site Engineer > Sub Agent roles.
