Sub Agent Chichester, West Sussex Highways We’re working with a contractor to recruit a Sub Agent or Senior Engineer to support them on a highways contract involving service diversion works. Follow on works to include site clearance and ditch maintenance. This role will suit a candidate who is still able to carry out some basic and minimal engineering checks and manage a small work force and sub-contractors on site. Duties will include: * Start of shift briefs, toolbox talks and inductions * Record keeping and site diaries * Engineering checks using GPS to check for service clashes, depth levels and mark out areas of work * Management of direct labour, plant and sub-contractors * Problem solving, logistics and end of shift reports Required to hold current SMSTS, CSCS, and proven experience working on highways and civil engineering scheme If you have any questions or like to discuss this role please contact Danny Mayhew
