We are recruiting a Graduate Site Engineer to support the delivery of a truly unique marine project, a blend of marine civil engineering and heritage conservation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to gain hands-on experience working alongside an experienced Senior Engineer. Works include the removal, renovation and replacement of a pier and supporting structure, dismantling and re-erection of the abutments, reinstatement of cantilevered bays, and the introduction of new public features such as seating and lighting. The project is set in a marine environment, with the main scope of works delivered off rigs and barges making this a genuinely exciting and varied role for someone looking to build a career in civil engineering.
Graduate Site Engineer duties:
- Setting out landside works using a total station
- Supporting programme planning and delivery
- Complete quality records for the project
- Supporting health, safety, quality and design processes on site
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
