Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator located in Newcastle Upon Tyne, with some work from home acceptable. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing various running events, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, and ensuring a smooth event experience for all participants. Daily tasks include event planning, handling customer service inquiries, managing event budgets, and promoting events to enhance participation.

- Experience in running or athletics (volunteer or paid)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using event management software and digital tools
