About the role: Make a rewarding difference in people’s lives every day with BCG. As a Senior Support Worker at ASC, you’ll care for our Residents ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Your role will involve administering medications as well as leading the Support Worker team. You’ll also assist our Residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
About you: Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. You will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Experience in person‑centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia is essential. Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
