Front of House / HIIT Instructor - Rumble - Multiple London Studios Salary Band: £25,000 - £30,000 p/a Rumble is a first-of-its-kind boutique fitness experience where people and the planet are cared for in equal measure. With studios in Dalston and Fitzrovia, we are expanding our Front of House team and are looking for someone who can also supervise and coach our Re.HIIT classes. Candidates must hold Level 2 fitness qualifications. The role: You will be the face of Rumble in-studio, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, while also leading Re.HIIT sessions with energy, clarity, and confidence. An ideal candidate is passionate about fitness and wellbeing, charismatic, and brings strong presence in the room. You need to be both: a strong class leader, with a clear, audible voice in a loud environment a service-oriented, detail-driven customer care specialist Re.HIIT is Rumble’s signature circuit, with a class starting every 10 minutes. It is designed to fit around customers’ schedules: high energy, high standards, and a fast pace operationally. Nice to have: If you are marketing savvy, that is a real plus, for example being comfortable with content capture, community building, local partnerships, or supporting studio marketing initiatives.
