Senior Commercial Manager Location:minimum 2 days a week in the office. Bridgwater, HPC site & Bristol (Aztec West) with flexibility of working from home Inside IR-35 What you\’ll be doing Dealing with a high number of compensation events under NEC3 Option A & C, assessing entitlement, cost validation and internal governance. Providing commercial and contractual subject matter expertise to the Balance of Plant Delivery Team Providing support to Commercial Managers on areas of key contractual risk, and governance procedures. Producing, analysing and presenting financial, contractual, and commercial data to internal project teams. Coordinating with Change, Cost, Risk and Schedule teams to ensure coherent and consistent project progress. Responsible for the financial and commercial success of a portfolio of varied and complex contracts including managing, coordinating, and negotiating key commercial events from inception to implementation. Implementing of all commercial and financial governance requirements. Ensure compliance with the EPR-E Information Management System (IMS), rules and procedures to ensure that all contracts are administered within delegation of authority and the overall EPR-E governance/ assurance regime.
