Role: Facilities Engineer
Location: Hornsey
Contract Duration: 6 Months\’ Minimum
Shifts: Day – Monday – Friday 06-2 to 08-4

Your Responsibilities:
Maintains and repairs facilities and equipment (e.g. mechanical and electrical systems as HVAC, sanitary, janitory facilities).
* Maintains and repairs facilities and equipment, e.g. electricity, HVAC, sanitary, or janitory facilities as a single point of contact at a site.
* Structures, decides upon plans and coordinates required activities and resources.
* Completes protocol and facility inspections.
* Performs monitoring and scheduling facility-related activities, and service/request calls.
* Completes maintenance activities and incidents reports and documentation.
* Cooperates with external service provider staff.
* Maintains administrational contacts to local relevant authorities.
