Role Responsibilities:
* Liaising with both the production and project teams to understand the components required for the delivery of project programmes.
* Ordering and maintaining a stock of consumable and project build materials in line with production demand.
* Balance supply and demand: Use MRP systems to forecast components required to meet production needs.
* Manage supply and stock parameters: Define and update inventory levels, lead times, Minimum Order Quantities, to meet service targets while minimizing excess stock.
* Work closely with the production scheduler and project managers to ensure accurate forecasting of materials.
* Compile and record necessary data used to produce Management monthly reports
* Collaborate with the Project Teams and production Team Leaders to identify production KPI targets to give accurate visibility of performance Assist the Stores Team with the control and traceability of materials

* Ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads, managing multiple priorities and working under pressure
* Professional, methodical, organised, flexible approach.

* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Desirable Knowledge:
* Knowledge of electrical components / electrical background
* Previous experience using MRP/ERP tool
* Good Knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, SharePoint and especially Excel
