Location: Bridgwater / HPC / Hybrid

Duration: Until 31/12/2025 (12-month rolling extensions)

Day Rate: £120-£138 per day

Role Overview

Are you a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual? Would you like to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team on one of the UK's most exciting infrastructure projects? We're looking for an NCR Facilitator to help manage and coordinate administrative processes, ensuring documentation is handled efficiently and meetings run smoothly. This role is vital to keeping things moving and making sure everyone stays on track with their tasks and deadlines.

You’ll work closely with different teams, help track progress, coordinate meetings, and make sure reports and updates are shared accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Attend meetings and provide admin support including minute taking and tracking actions.
  • Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the team and managers.
  • Help organise review panels and meetings, book rooms, coordinate diaries, and follow up on outcomes.
  • Keep internal trackers and systems updated with the latest information.
  • Monitor deadlines and remind others to complete tasks as needed.

  • Track and update spreadsheets and reports for progress and performance.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
