Seeking an experienced Product Manager / Technical Specialist with a strong background in finance, investment, or banking systems to lead a 6-month program focused on streamlining ways of working. The ideal candidate will combine product-led thinking with technical fluency and in-depth domain expertise in the investment sector, ensuring strategic alignment between business needs, technology capabilities, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for investment-related systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Partner with stakeholders across investment, operations, technology, and compliance to define priorities and success measures.
Conduct a current-state assessment of systems, processes, and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and simplification.
Lead process redesign initiatives to streamline ways of working, improve data quality, and enhance user experience.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and technical requirements.
Work closely with engineering and data teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and upgrades to investment platforms.

Proven track record as a Product Manager or equivalent leadership role in the investment, asset management, or banking sector.
