We\’re looking for a Fleet Lead to spearhead a new and sustainable strategy and implementation of our client\’s entire bus fleet. This pivotal role means you\’ll be instrumental in delivering quicker, cheaper, greener, and more reliable journeys for over 400,000 daily bus users. You\’ll ensure the fleet meets ambitious decarbonisation goals (Net Zero by 2035!), prioritises accessibility, and enhances the customer experience. We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic leader who can drive significant change. You will have: 🚌 Relevant professional qualifications or significant transport sector leadership experience. 🚌 A proven track record of developing relationships and leveraging influence with senior stakeholders. 🚌 Detailed knowledge of transport operators\’ business environment. 🚌 Expertise in using data to inform strategies and decision-making, especially concerning fleet development for value, patronage growth, and Net Zero goals. 🚌 Strong negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams. 🚌 Excellent written and oral presentation skills for complex ideas. 🚌 A passion to improve public transport services and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
