Document Controller
Newcastle Upon Tyne - UK
£14-19 PER hour
Temp to Perm position available also.

Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the project contract deliverables by use of the document management tool, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Involvement with multi-projects
- Management of project deliverables using the associated systems, not limited to:
- Allocating document numbers
- Creating placeholders
- Set up supplier packages
- QA checks on deliverables
- Manage review workflows in line with project timescales
- Distribute workflow comments - Client - Suppliers - Internal
- Hard copy submissions to site
- Submission of As-builds
- Interact with wider project team
- Support Document Control team
- Contribute to continuous improvements
- Communications with external stakeholders
- Be a team player
Technical Competencies
- Systems (Microsoft Office, ACC, Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint)
- Communication and reporting skills
Skills for this role:
- Mandatory
- 2-year + document control project experience
- 2-year document management systems experience
- Quality Aware
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Be location based
- Document / Configuration Control training
- Optional Engineering or Project Management Degree or equivalent qualification
- Flexible working arrangements and location
