Introduction At IBM, our Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Masters excel by leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Scrum Master, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you! Required: * Manage delivery through all GDS assessments and phases from Discovery through, alpha, Private beta, Public Beta, and transition to live. * Apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP – extreme programming) * Build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating, and working well * Responsible for Integration of the Digital delivery plan with the wider Project plan * Identify obstacles and help the team to overcome them * Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services * Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team * Coach and mentor both team members and others * Actively participate in client craft communities, sharing IBM best practices and thought leadership. * The complexity or breadth of products or teams will vary in this role, depending on the context
