Role information:
- Experience of working within multidiscipline teams engaged in mechanical engineering design activities associated with the modification of existing/new chemical process plants or material handling equipment.
- Producing and working to design Governance documentation/procedures, such as Design Quality Plans, Design Risk Assessments, Design Reviews, etc.
- Suitably qualified and experienced (HNC/degree) in producing Mechanical designs in a Design Office environment.
- Experience with design software tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in the responsibilities placed on Designers under the CDM Regulations 2015.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Experience of producing designs for chemical plant environments including associated mechanical services.
- Experience of producing designs for nuclear facilities.
- Experience of piping and vessel design.
UK National Security Vetting Status - All candidates must be Eligible to obtain BPSS Clearance.
