Job Type: Contract

IR35 Status: Inside IR35 - PAYE

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Pay rate: Up to £55 p/h - PAYE

Location: Aldermaston

Hybrid/Remote Working: 3-4 days on-site per week

Hours of work: Up to 40 Hours Per Week

Role information:

  • Ensure compliance with Company Assurance Environment, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH&Q) and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure the design intent is maintained throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ensure application of standards is proportionate and that engineering best practice is adopted.
  • Elevate areas of concern to the relevant Principal Engineer.
  • Liaise with other discipline areas to ensure overall design intent is maintained.
  • The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • ONC/OND or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline.
  • HNC/HND in relevant engineering discipline (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of legislation and standards applicable to engineering design.
  • Experience of working in the Nuclear/High Hazard Industry.

UK National Security Vetting Status - Candidates must already have active UKSV SC or DV Clearance.
