Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide crucial assistance to the Security Department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
- Photocopying, scanning, and managing documents efficiently.
- Coordinating meetings and visitor access to the site.
- Supporting recruitment processes for employees, agency workers, and contractors.
- Assisting with actions following interventions, including training delivery for line managers.
- Managing induction training for new starters, reviewing and approving necessary documentation.
- Handling increased administrative workload due to expanding personnel and site activities.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
UK National Security Vetting Status: Clearance Required: BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) or able to obtain.
