Nights Supervisor – Bridge Repairs
Baynards Green (M40), Bicester Night Shifts | Immediate Start £280–£350 per night (CIS/Ltd) DOE
We're looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join a long-term bridge repair project at Baynards Green (M40), Bicester.
This is a hands-on supervisory role leading a team carrying out structural concrete repairs on a major highways infrastructure project.
Duties include
- Supervising operatives carrying out structural concrete repairs.
- Coordinating nightly works to programme.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Daily briefings, toolbox talks and site coordination.
- Liaising with the Site Manager and client representatives.
- Maintaining site paperwork and reporting progress.
- Managing labour, materials and plant on shift.
- Leading by example and assisting the team where required.
Essential
- Previous experience supervising bridge repair or heavy civils projects.
- Concrete repair experience is essential.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Highways Passport.
- IPAF.
- PASMA.
- First Aid.
- NRSWA or other highways-related tickets.
