Concrete Repair Operatives / Structural Repair Technicians
Location: Bicester (M40 Corridor)
Pay: £170–£200 per day (depending on experience)

Duration: Ongoing work through to Christmas
We are currently recruiting 3–4 experienced Concrete Repair Operatives / Structural Repair Technicians for an exciting bridge maintenance project based in Bicester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established civils team working on structural bridge repair and maintenance works.
Duties will include:
- Concrete breakout and reinstatement
- Concrete and resin repair works
- Structural repairs to bridge infrastructure
- Working safely on a live civils project
- Following site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience carrying out concrete repairs, structural repairs or resin repair/injection works
- Experience working on bridge, highways, infrastructure or civil engineering projects
- Valid CSCS Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IPAF, PASMA or other relevant tickets are advantageous but not essential
What's on offer:
- £170–£200 per day
- Monday–Friday
- 07:00–17:00 (typically finishing earlier on most days)
- Long-term work available through to Christmas
- Immediate start
