Your mission
- Own market entry and Go-to-Market strategy for UK in close alignment with the Germany-based Global Hub.
- Drive Business Development and Enterprise Sales across Public and/or Private sectors (B2B/B2G), identifying new opportunities and developing tailored solutions for multiple industries.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify, acquire, and develop lighthouse and reference customers, especially in regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Energy.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage partners (resellers, system integrators, consultancies), initially complementing direct sales and evolving toward a hybrid Go-to-Market model.
Your profile
- Several years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management — ideally with responsibility for new markets or segments.
- Proven track record in building markets (“first-in-market”) or launching new business areas, including exploratory market development and scalable growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation processes.
- Languages: English C2; German is a plus.
