As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer at Rulebase, you’ll contribute to building the core infrastructure that powers real-time QA and compliance for customer service teams. Depending on your interests and skills, your work may include:
- Frontend (React / Electron.js): Implement UI designs and product flows across our web dashboard and desktop agent app. Ensure responsive, accessible interfaces that deliver insights clearly and efficiently to end users.
- Backend (Ruby on Rails): Help build and extend our SaaS backend—designing APIs, managing data models, and maintaining systems that securely store and query large volumes of interaction data.
- Machine Learning (Python): Contribute to our anomaly detection and real-time risk classification systems. Work on model pipelines that process customer service interactions and surface insights and issues.
- Infrastructure (AWS / DevOps): Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and observability tooling. Work on automating testing, monitoring, and scaling of key services in a secure and compliant AWS environment.
