We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on Meta Ads experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of planning, executing, optimising, and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta platforms. Experience running successful ad campaigns for Trades and Home Improvement companies is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across multiple objectives (lead generation, conversion, traffic, etc.).
- Conduct detailed audience research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor daily performance and provide clear reporting with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad concept development and asset needs.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Expand campaigns into other platforms where relevant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Meta Ads experience with proven results.
- Experience with Google Ads and other paid media platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tracking, attribution, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
