boutique executive search firm specialising in Software, AI, Technology Services and Business & Professional Services , partnering with some of the most exciting
PE-backed businesses across the UK, Europe and US . Theyre now looking to hire
2 ambitious graduates
to join their growing team. This isnt your typical graduate recruitment role. Youll be working on
retained executive searches , helping PE-backed businesses identify their future
CFOs, COOs, CROs and other C-suite leaders . With average search fees of
£75k£100k , youll be operating in a high-value, commercially focused environment from the start. What will you be doing? From your first year, youll get exposure to the
full executive search process , including: Researching and mapping entire markets Identifying and approaching senior-level candidates Building relationships with C-suite executives Managing candidates throughout the search process Supporting client relationships and search strategy Producing detailed market intelligence and research Contributing to pitches and business development Learning how to build and run a search from start to finish The aim isn't for you to spend years purely behind the scenes doing research. Youll be developed into a
client-facing, commercially minded executive search consultant , with increasing responsibility as you progress. Where could this take you? The business is growing quickly and wants its graduate hires to become
future leaders of the firm . Youll have a clear progression path, with the expectation that youll begin developing your own business development activity from around year three. For the right person, there is genuinely the opportunity to
help build the business, take ownership of areas of the firm and eventually lead teams or practices . There is also an international growth strategy, including plans to build out the US operation, creating potential opportunities to work internationally or relocate to the US in the future. What are they looking for? You don't need previous recruitment or executive search experience. We're looking for graduates who are: Bright, ambitious and commercially driven Confident communicators who enjoy speaking to people Naturally curious and enjoy becoming an expert in a particular sector Competitive and motivated to succeed Comfortable dealing with senior professionals Analytical and able to think commercially Hungry to progress and take on responsibility Able to demonstrate achievement through
academics, sport, sales, work experience or another competitive environment You don't need a particular degree or academic background. What matters most is
