The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. xgikmsk

- Sourcing high-quality candidates through social media platforms, job boards and networking
- Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer and placement
