This is a really exciting opportunity for 5 hungry individuals to join a leading technology recruitment firm in a huge stage of their growth. There are 3 main specialist areas, including AI, Software Development, and DevOps. You’ll focus on one area and become an expert consultant, regularly advising clients at networking events. The existing client base is amazing, with the opportunity to work with huge brands like Monzo, HSBC, Asos, and Sky, giving you incredible exposure from an early stage. You’ll receive unrivalled support from the inhouse training team, and sit among multi-million pound performers from day one!
The Benefits:
- Starting salary of £28k, rising with each promotion (annual salary reviews)
- Uncapped commission rising to 45%, seeing you earn over £45k in your first year

The Role:
- Completing business development to win new clients
- Meeting with clients to understand their offering and how to sell the opportunity with them effectively
- Sourcing top candidates through headhunting on social media, cold-calling, and advertising
- Interviewing candidates and shortlisting them for interviews with your clients
- Managing the end-to-end interview process and ensuring feedback is passed on in a timely manner
- Advising and consulting your network based on market trends
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Following any business leads on firms looking to hire, and candidates looking for new roles
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Confidence speaking with high-level individuals
- Naturally competitive and inquisitive
- Experience working in a customer or client facing role
- Financially driven with the desire to progress quickly
