Average earnings in year one is minimum £50k due to their 40% commission structure. The Person We Want:
- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2024 grad with work experience (office/sales experience OR has been travelling)
- 2025 grad with a 2:1 or above from a top university
- Minimum BBB at A Level
