The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
- Guiding candidates through the process, offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place.
- Negotiating deals.
- Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires.
- Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector.
The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
