  • Exceptional commission structure all the way up to 40% with no threshold, meaning everything you bill you’ll make money off!

  • WFH opportunities once you’ve completed training with the option to work from home 2 days a week!

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Cold calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
  • Guiding candidates through the process, offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place.
  • Negotiating deals.
  • Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires.
  • Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector.

The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Financially driven - a strong desire to earn big and be successful!
