The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling - potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this
- Guiding candidates through the process - offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
- Attending client meetings - visiting clients' offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they look for in their new hires
- Researching your sector in depth - constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur
