I am exclusively partnered with a high-performing FinTech recruitment consultancy that specialises in placing high-calibre technology talent into some of the biggest and most exciting financial institutions across the UK and US markets. Their clients range from high-growth FinTech start-ups to global investment banks and hedge funds, hiring for roles across software engineering, data, cloud, DevOps, cyber security and quantitative technology.
Youll be trained by senior consultants who each bill £700k+ annually, giving you first-hand exposure to a fast-moving, candidate-driven market where strong relationships, market knowledge, and commercial awareness are key. With an uncapped commission structure paying up to 40%, this is a genuine opportunity to build long-term wealth in a booming tech sector.
The Role:
- Become a specialist in the UK & US technology recruitment market, developing deep knowledge of technical roles, hiring trends, and client needs
- Build and manage long-term relationships with tech leaders, hiring managers, and C-level stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Source and engage top-tier tech professionals through multiple channels
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: candidate sourcing, qualification, interview preparation, offer management, and deal closure
- Negotiate high-value placements with both clients and candidates
