A FinTech recruitment firm are hiring 6 fresh faces for a September start. You will earn a minimum of £50k in your first year.

The Company

Working across the FinTech space, you will have the chance to develop your industry knowledge, built through client relationships and an excellent training programme. You will work with international banks, big brand names, and boutique financial institutions. You will receive 1-1 coaching from the director of the business, as well as attend a 6-week training programme built and developed from a team of proven recruitment experts. This will give you all of the tools needed to be successful in your career, and build up an excellent client base, and be well on your way to earn over £60k in your first year. With a huge emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, you will work together to achieve both your individual and team targets. With any areas you are struggling in, there will be a group effort to help adjust your methods and help you be the best you can be.
