  • £28k base salary with on target earnings in year 1 of £55k!
  • Salary increase to £30k after 3 month probation
  • Market leading commission structure up to 50% with no threshold
  • Exceptional 2 month learning and development programme delivered by internal and external trainer in order to get you up to speed with the market.
  • WFH opportunities with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Headhunting Candidates:
  • Sourcing candidates via cold calls, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals etc
  • Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
  • Interviewing/ screening candidates
  • Guiding candidates throughout the whole interview process and providing advice/ feedback along the way
  • Business Development:
    • Cold calling potential new clients
    • Building a great relationship with the clients
    • Meeting new/ current clients to understand their exact hiring needs

    • Hardworking and results with a real drive to earn big!
