  • 360 recruitment – end-to-end recruitment
  • Sourcing both candidates and clients
  • Market mapping – study the sector you work within and get to know everyone in the industry to get the inside scoop
  • Headhunting your clients and candidates through cold calling, advertising, LinkedIn posts and messages
  • Organising interviews and helping candidates succeed
