The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, negotiation and successful placement.
Working across retained and exclusive mandates, you will have the opportunity to develop a specialist network, build your own desk and establish yourself within the Private Equity recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Source, engage and place high-calibre candidates.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from initial client contact to placement.
- Build a strong personal brand and network within the Private Equity space.
- Consistently deliver against commercial targets and revenue objectives.

- A proven ability or strong desire to win new business and develop client relationships.
- A commercially minded, ambitious and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A desire to specialise in a high-value, relationship-driven market.
