With the founders having 30 years combined experience in the FinTech recruitment sector, you will surround yourself with experience, mentorship, and Β£900k+ billers.

Build relationships with fast-growth Tech start-ups, and headhunt top talent for these clients to earn heaps of commission!

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Sourcing candidates through social media, databases, and networking
  • Manage the end-to-end the recruitment process from first call to placement
  • Attend client meetings to understand their hiring needs
  • Networking with industry leaders and building long-term partnerships
  • Become an expert in the FinTech space and analyse emerging trends
  • Build your personal brand within the FinTech recruitment space
  • Write adverts to attract top talent

  • Commission that goes up to 40% (realistic OTE of Β£45k)
