We are looking to on-board 6 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the London team and set their careers up for success!!

AND earn £55k+ in year 1?

Founded in 2011 and specialising in Network, Server, DevOps and Security, branching out into the UK, US and European markets. Big plans are in the works for the next 5 years, with their international office count set to double- already established in London, Frankfurt and Austin.

What is in store for you – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • £28k base salary with OTE in year one of £55k+!!
  • Quarterly lunch clubs- high achievement is rewarded. You will get to attend London’s top private members clubs
  • Annual incentive trip- previous destinations include Las Vegas, Luxury Ski trips to Austria, Chamonix and Miami.
  • Company events- Christmas parties, summer festivals, Friday socials etc- all expense paid
  • Activity trips throughout the year including surfing in San Sebastian, Bestival and Horse racing.
  • WFH opportunities- 3 days in office 2 days at home.

What the role would involve – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Sourcing candidates through cold-calls, job ads, referrals and LinkedIn
  • Business development - bring on new clients in order to create active roles to fill- through cold-calling potential businesses.
  • Producing Adverts - writing and sharing Ads to increase
  • Guiding the candidate through the full process from start to finish- negotiating deals, providing advice and support throughout.

  • Previous sales experience highly sort after but not necessary
  • Financially motivated - willing to go above and beyond to achieve your target
