- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2:1 or above from a decent university
- Minimum BBB at A-Level
- Sports background
- Money motivated
- Competitive
- Hard working
- Ideally some sales experience
The Incentives to the Role:
- Graduate Recruitment Position
- £28k base salary, increasing to £32k after promotion
- 40% commission structure on top of base
- OTE in Year 1 £45k
- One-on-one training by the Managing Director
