The Company

Our story began in 2008, when we decided to change the way recruitment firms operate. Beginning as a team of 3 we have grown to over 55 employees, with offices in London, New York and Chicago!

  • Exceptional commission structure with no threshold and going up to 40%, allowing you to earn off every penny you bill

The Role

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Private Equity markets
  • Establish and expand a network of high-quality candidates through proactive resourcing and relationship-building
  • Engage in sales calls and client meetings to secure new roles
  • Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
  • Utilising advanced tools and platforms to optimise sales and recruitment performance
  • Constantly meet and exceed individual and team targets

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • A passion for achieving and exceeding targets, generating revenue for the company alongside this
  • Ability to take rejection, handle setbacks and remain focused on the overall goal
  • A competitive individual, someone who strives to be the best and can self-motivate themselves
  • Ability to negotiate, hold your own and build rapport.
