The Company
Our story began in 2008, when we decided to change the way recruitment firms operate. Beginning as a team of 3 we have grown to over 55 employees, with offices in London, New York and Chicago!

- £28,000 base salary with on target earnings within year 1 of £60,000!

The Role
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Private Equity markets
- Establish and expand a network of high-quality candidates through proactive resourcing and relationship-building
- Engage in sales calls and client meetings to secure new roles
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
- Utilising advanced tools and platforms to optimise sales and recruitment performance
- Constantly meet and exceed individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- A passion for achieving and exceeding targets, generating revenue for the company alongside this
- Ability to take rejection, handle setbacks and remain focused on the overall goal
- A competitive individual, someone who strives to be the best and can self-motivate themselves
- Ability to negotiate, hold your own and build rapport.
