A small team of 20, consultants joining have the unique opportunity to grow alongside the business and play a crucial role in our future success. The three founders remain actively involved providing ongoing support and mentorship in the form of both classroom-style and on-desk training.

Established in 2019 theyve been on an incredible journey since the start! With a US office opening in 2026 things are not slowing down!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Source and identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screenings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work towards targets/KPIs

• £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k+
• Commission structure up to 30% with uncapped earnings!
