- Average fees hit £70k, with their top billers billing over £1 million
- Working UK, Europe and US markets

The Perks: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27k base with an increase to £30k after promotion
- OTE – Year 1 = £50k

The Ideal Profile for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Confident communication with the ability to bring in a salesy element
- Charismatic and energetic
- Has a competitive streak – whether that's a team sport or a family board game, show you're willing to work hard to hit targets repeatedly
- Degree educated with a 2:1 xsabvtc or above from a well-known university
- Sales or client facing experience that can translate into recruitment

- Your aim is to match up your clients and candidates to make a successful placement
- Business development through 360 recruitment – you will be sourcing your won clients to work with by headhunting them
