As part of our team, you\’ll work with leading tech companies such as Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, gaining direct exposure to clients from the outset and even having the chance to meet them in person. And yes, this includes an all-expenses-paid trip to the US

  • £26k base salary with OTE in year of £55k.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Cold Calling potential clients and candidates, pitching the services/ role you can offer them, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
  • Guiding candidates through the process offing advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place.
  • Negotiating deals.
  • Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight/ understanding of what exactly they are looking for in their new hires.
  • Market research in order to stay up to date with new developments within your sector.

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Financially driven with a string desire to earn big and be successful!
  • Competitive in nature, an individual who thrives in these sort of environments. A background in a competitive sport or similar is a massive plus!
  • Confident and have the ability to hold your own against senior individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
