- £28,000 base salary with OTE in year one of £65,000!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Private Equity markets
- Establish and expand a network of high-quality candidates through proactive resourcing and relationship-building
- Engage in sales calls and client meetings to secure new roles
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish , ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates
- Utilising advanced tools and platforms to optimise sales and recruitment performance
- Constantly meet and exceed individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Strong passion for hitting and exceeding targets while driving revenue
- Resilient mindset – able to handle rejection and stay focused on goals
- Competitive and self-motivated with a drive to be the best
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and rapport-building skills
